1. Promotion Period: The iRobotFor Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) sponsored by iRobot (the “Sponsor”) begins 12/1/2021 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on 12/8/2021 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.
2. Eligibility: This Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding FL and NY residents) and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age or older. Void to residents of FL and NY, and where prohibited by law. Employees of iRobot Corporation (the “Sponsor”), GYK Antler, Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies involved in this Sweepstakes, each of their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns (collectively the “Promotion Entities” and the “Released Parties”) and the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate, enter or win. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3. Three Ways to Enter: To participate in this Sweepstakes you must have a valid Instagram, Twitter or Facebook account (each a “Social Media Account”) that is set to “public” (entries must be visible in public hashtag searches from time of entry through at least 30 days after the Promotion Period for purposes of winner verification). If you do not have a Social Media Account, you can create one for free by visiting Instagram, Twitter and/or Facebook or by downloading the respective app. There is no fee or charge to become a registered user. By submitting your information and creating a Social Media Account, you agree to the platform’s respective terms of use and privacy notice. If you do not agree to such terms of use and privacy notice, you will not be able to create a respective account or participate in this Sweepstakes.

   • Limit one entry per person via Twitter.

   (c) To enter via Facebook:

   • Follow @iRobot on Facebook.
   • Look for Sponsor’s Sweepstakes post and follow the instructions to enter the Sweepstakes.
   • Your entry must include the hashtags #iRobotFor and #Sweepstakes.
   • Limit one entry per person via Facebook.

   Any additional content included with your post will be considered part of your entry (collectively "Submission" or “Entry”) and must conform to the terms of use/platform guidelines/policies and restrictions of the platform used to enter (Instagram, Twitter or Facebook), and these Official Rules in general. Submissions removed, hidden or deleted from public viewing prior to time of winner verification will be void. Limit one entry per person per social media platform.

   Participation via some social media platforms may require a mobile device and therefore, you may be charged for standard data rates according to the terms and conditions in your agreement with your wireless carrier. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier. You should also check your device's features for capabilities and check the device manual for specific use instructions

   By submitting your Entry you agree that (1) your Entry conforms to any terms of use/platform guidelines, policies and content restrictions of the social media platform used to participate; (2) conforms to the Guidelines and Content Restrictions below; and (3) Sponsor and/or Administrator, in their sole discretion, and without notice, may disqualify you from the Sweepstakes if they determine that your Entry fails to conform to these Official Rules including without limitation the Guidelines and Content Restrictions below.

   Guidelines and Content Restrictions

   • Entry must include the required hashtags.
   • Entry must comply with the community policies/terms of use policy associated with the applicable social media platform used to enter.
   • Entry should not infringe the rights of any third party.
   • Entry must not in any way reflect negatively upon the Sponsor, the Promotion or any other person or entity.
   • Entry must not contain offensive words, statements or content (including words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group).
   • Entry must not in any other way violate applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.
   • Entry must not contain illegal content and must be suitable for presentation in a public forum.
   • Entry must not communicate messages inconsistent with the messages, policies, and/or goodwill with which the Sponsor wishes to associate, as determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
4. Winner Selection: A random drawing to select winners will be conducted on or about December 13, 2021 from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”), an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Sponsor will not be obligated to award any remaining prizes in the event an insufficient number of eligible entries are received. Only three (3) random drawings to select winners (if necessary) will be conducted, after which the applicable prize will remain unawarded.
5. Winner Notification and Verification: Each potential winner will be contacted via the social media platform associated with the winning entry with instructions on how to claim their prize. Notification will be via Direct Message (“DM”) from @iRobot for Instagram and Twitter entrants; and via notification from iRobot for Facebook entrants. The required response to such notification must be received within 48 hours from the time the initial DM or Facebook notification was sent. Potential winners will then be notified by email and will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, a Publicity Release (where lawful) and a W9 form which will be used solely for tax reporting purposes (“Documents”). If winner is considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, all documents must be signed by parent or legal guardian. Completed Documents must be returned within 3 days (including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) of attempted delivery of same. In the event a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond to the DM/notification within the allotted time or fails to timely return completed Documents, or if a prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner will be disqualified without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected. Arrangements for prize fulfillment will be made upon winner’s eligibility verification. Prizes will be fulfilled within approximately 6-8 weeks of winner verification. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable email or undeliverable DMs/notifications resulting from any form of active or passive filtering by an email client, social platform or for insufficient space in a user’s account to receive direct messages/notifications/emails. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures and applicable deadlines for responding in connection with the selection of any potential winner. If a prize is legitimately claimed it will be awarded. Upon prize forfeiture or inability to use a prize, no compensation will be given and Sponsor will have no further obligation to that participant.
6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): One Hundred (100) prizes are available to be won, each consisting of an iRobot® Roomba® j7+ (ARV $849.99 each). No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. In no event will more prizes be awarded than those listed in these Official Rules. Prizes consist of only the item specifically listed as part of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses related to the acceptance/use of prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Limit one prize per person/household.
7. General: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses, for purposes of advertising and trade throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law, and each winner releases the Released Parties from any and all liability related thereto. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the prizes.
8. Limitations of Liability: Each participant agrees (i) to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Promotion, and (ii) to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties, and Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, from any and all claims, actions, and/or liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize won.
9. Governing Law: This Sweepstakes and the rights and obligations of the Sponsor and participants will be governed and controlled by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, applicable to contracts made and performed therein without reference to the applicable choice of law provisions. Any claims based on, arising out of, or related to this Promotion shall be resolved in the exclusive venue of the appropriate court located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action.
10. Privacy: The use of any personal data collected by Sponsor will be in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.irobot.com/legal/privacy-policy. The information you provide will be used for purposes of administering this Promotion.
11. NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE, SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail/email/Social Media platform DM/Notifications, faulty, incorrect or mistranscribed phone/email transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer or wireless device related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Promotion, lost or unavailable network/service connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmissions that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. Proof of submitting an Entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt of an Entry by Sponsor. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple social media accounts, identities, email addresses, or any other method, or attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by acting in an unsportsmanlike manner, by cheating, hacking, deception, or using other unfair practices, all entries submitted by the entrant will be declared null and void. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Entries may not be submitted on behalf of another person. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Promotion may be cancelled, modified, terminated or suspended if Instagram, Twitter or Facebook change their rules or guidelines during the course of the Promotion resulting in Sponsor's inability to conduct the Promotion as intended. In the event a dispute arises regarding the identity of a potential winner, the entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the Social Media Account used to submit the entry and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned to the applicable Instagram, Twitter or Facebook account by the respective social media platform. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of the Official Rules shall not be deemed a waiver.
12. Winner’s List: A list of winners will be posted at www.irobotfor.com. The winners list will be available after all winners have been verified.
